All Levels Yoga (Vinyasa)

Embrace the present moment through breathing exercises. Experiance a dynamic flow of yoga postures in which movement is sequenced with breath. This practice is introduced in a welcoming and non competitive environment moving you to building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, and concentration . Sequencing based on sun salutations and ecstatic movement. Not suitable for students with mobility restrictions.

Yin Yoga

                                   

 

Yin yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, tendons,fascia,and ligaments. The aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness.

Restorative Yoga   

Revitalize the body by increasing circulation to the organs and calm the nervous system through breathing exercises. This form of yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props.

Aerial Yoga

 

 For students with little to no aerial experience.  Learn basic skills with us!  Experience the feel of the silk hammocks, learn proper alignment, and practice safe entry on and off hammock.  Introduction to aerial poses, simple flowing sequences, and basic inversions.  Release chronic tension, experience a "lightness", and have a lot of fun!  these classes are separate fee.

Yoga Fit



Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going to sleep” stage. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions. Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still remaining fully consciousness.

All Levels - 70 minutes


Sweat with intention! Functional fitness using various yoga postures, isometric moves, bands, light weights, body weight, balance ball, and yoga wheel to sculpt, strengthen, and tone.

All Levels - 60 minutes
